Swedegrain makes doors that fit the SEKTION® kitchen systems and GODMORGON® bathroom vanities. We’re super excited about the drawer boxes available from them. Solid wood interior fittings are a perfect upgrade from IKEA’s boxes.

IS EVERYTHING DRILLED TO ACCEPT IKEA'S® HARDWARE? IS SIZING THE SAME?

Yes, all doors and drawer fronts are drilled to match BLUM specifications. A press-in bumper is also installed so you don't have to deal with those pesky stick-on bumpers that inevitably fall off. The doors sizes are perfectly crafted to IKEA’s doors, with one exception. They’re 3/4” thick instead of 5/8.

WHAT ARE THEIR DOORS MADE OF?

Swedegrain doors are made from Plum Creek MDF which is the best MDF available in the industry, minimizing warpage, defects and increasing strength. Their walnut, rift cut oak and mahogany are all canadian veneer and edgebanding, or solid wood - depending on the configuration.
